Working in an agency provided me with the opportunity to test and implement different production methodologies. I implemented and tailored SCRUM as production standard. Created guidelines for engineers, project managers, and web designers in 2019-2020. Expanded the SCRUM vision across the company as Chief Operating Officer in 2020-2022 by tailoring the workflows for each department including guidelines and metrics for executives and product managers.

  • Increased the production throughput by ≈30% by implementing an analytical model that reduced wasteful planning and facilitated production without increasing overhead.
